RevisionDeck is a study app for secondary-school students. You upload your own class materials — notes, PDFs, Word documents, a photo of a handwritten page — and it turns them into flashcards, quizzes, exam-style questions and an AI tutor that answers from what you uploaded.
It is built around one idea: revision works best when it is built from what you are actually taught, not from a generic textbook. So everything starts with your material, and when a question goes beyond it, the tutor says so.
How it works
- Upload. Add your notes, revision guides or past papers, or take a photo of the board or a handwritten page. RevisionDeck reads it and builds from it.
- Study. Flashcards with spaced repetition bring back the cards you keep missing. Quizzes and exam-style questions show which topics need work. The tutor explains in the language you choose and points to where in your material the answer came from.
- Keep track. A calendar with an exam countdown, a planner that spreads your topics across the weeks before the exam, and a progress page that shows what you have studied and what is due.
Who it's for
Students revising for GCSEs and A-levels in the UK, and for ESO, Bachillerato and the EBAU in Spain. The whole app is available in English and Spanish, and the tutor answers in whichever language you prefer.
What we promise
- No ads, no trackers. No advertising and no tracking cookies. We count page views, not people.
- Your data is never sold. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone, or build a profile of you for advertisers.
- Your notes stay yours. What you upload is never shown to other users. Export or delete everything whenever you like.
- The AI can be wrong. It can misread a diagram or invent a date. Check anything that matters against your materials and your teacher.
Who makes it
RevisionDeck is independent: it is not run by a school, an exam board or a publisher. It is free while in beta, with fair monthly limits.
